A reservation advance of Rs 5,000 is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the date on which the party is scheduled to occur. The refund will be credited back to the credit card or bank account from which the payment was made in seven to ten business days.
Reservations cancellations less than 15 days before the scheduled party shall be refunded as a credit balance to the party organiser’s Timezone Powercard.
